Individual Nutrition Consultations

Initial nutrition consultations with a registered dietitian are one hour with thirty-minute follow-up sessions. These sessions will assess current dietary regimen, health status, food and beverage preferences, and exercise level, leading to recommendations that align with your health and fitness goals. If applicable, a medical history, including lab values, and any current medical conditions and medications will be taken into account when designing a lifestyle plan.

Weight Management Program

Need more than a few visits? You may want to opt for a full 8-week weight management program. This program includes an initial, comprehensive consultation with 7 follow-up visits that can consist of nutrition consults, personal training sessions, or a combination of both. This package also includes a computer analysis of your food intake revealing strengths and weaknesses in your dietary regimen, individualized meal plans, e-mail/phone correspondence any time to work out the kinks, food journal assessments, and weekly discussions to keep you on track, or teach you how to grocery shop, snack smart, boost your metabolism, and/or intensify your exercise, to name a few. For individuals with a busy schedule, follow-up appointments can be conducted over the phone. This program is designed for each individual and includes components that are relevant to you!

Fitness Training

A certified personal trainer will design a fitness plan to suit your needs, helping you build muscle and burn fat. Training sessions will take place in a variety of indoor and outdoor areas, depending on personal preferences and location. A combination of cardio-vascular, weight, core, balance, and flexibility training will be emphasized in individual or group settings. Physical limitations will be taken into account and a program will be designed for each individual specifically.

Combination Consultations: Healthy Eating and Fitness Training

If you want the best of both worlds, try the combination consultation. The key to a healthy body is a combination of nutritious eating and physical fitness. These consultations focus on both aspects and are designed specifically for each individual. The length of these sessions vary.

Corporate Wellness

Corporate wellness is on the rise as individuals are spending more and more time at work. It's time to give your employees the key to maintaining their health by offering classes or individual consultations regarding nutrition and/or physical fitness. Research shows that companies who support the physical wellness of their employees enjoy the benefits of increased productivity, fewer employee absences, increased employee retention, etc. If a wellness program exists, this service can be added on to enhance the services provided. If a wellness program does not exist, this is a good start to help your employees become healthier and more productive.
